 I admit to being a little confused. I do not know how Ms. Miner found out about my blog unless she was informed by the Kinetico that I emailed?  maybe Ms. Miner would be kind enough to tell us  how she found this blog?
I have an appointment with Kinetico tomorrow to come to my house and..yet again, fix this system that we paid so much money for. 
I will be back here tomorrow to let you all know how that goes!

Oh yes, Ms. Miner emailed me and said she is looking into my repair history with her company. Again, I will let you all know what transpires with that.

&lt;strong&gt;I would like to point out,&lt;/strong&gt; before this goes any further, that as I have said before and have a DISCLAIMER on this site saying as well, that I DO NOT bash companies on my blog. What I do is relate my own customer service experiences. These are my experiences, &lt;strong&gt;YOU dear friend&lt;/strong&gt; are just along for the ride, allowed to have a little glimpse into my world!!  :)
As always I try and be as fair as possible. With that in mind, I would like to say that it is very nice of Ms. Miner ( however she found me) to try and help me out. I know that it is very common these days to have poor customer service experiences, my goal is to show the world how a GOOD company recovers a BAD situation! I hope to do this more and more the longer I have this blog!
